At Baker Tilly’s new D.C.-Metro office, the focus is on creating a workplace where people feel comfortable, relaxed, and excited to come in every day. The space blends casual and formal areas to support collaboration, focused work, and everything in between, while reflecting the character of the local community.

Thoughtfully designed gathering spaces like lounge settings, open café areas, quiet rooms, and flexible meeting spaces help employees choose how and where they work best. Biophilic elements, custom planters, and hospitality-inspired details enhance wellbeing and reinforce Baker Tilly’s commitment to creating workplaces that truly feel like they were designed for their people.
